Cho Gao Marina Walk has become a favourite spot for diners in Abu Dhabi, and we’re pleased to report that the restaurant will be reopening its doors on Tuesday 24 November. 

The latest addition to the selection of restaurants available at the five-star InterContinental Abu Dhabi, Cho Gao Marina Walk presents diners with a delicious selection of dishes inspired by Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai and Indonesian cuisine. Visitors to the waterfront dining destination can expect a dining experience that revolves around bold aromatic flavours and a beguiling selection of libations crafted by a team of master mixologists.

Cho Gao Marina Walk provides guests with three unique areas to dine, including an appealing outside terrace with skyline views, which is the ideal spot for al fresco dining and sundowners. Inside the imaginatively decorated restaurant space with its rice barrels, fishing baskets and bold artworks create an appealing environment for dining and the inviting bar area encourages guests to linger for a post-dinner drink long after their meal is finished. The highlight, however, is the sushi bar where guests can watch Cho Gao Marina Walk’s culinary team as they slice and prepare sashimi with intricate precision while also providing an element of interactive dinner theatre.

Journey through Asia in the heart of Abu Dhabi with a culinary offering that presents authentic dishes rooted in tradition but with a unique contemporary twist and an exciting flair for presentation! Cho Gao Marina Walk celebrates the richness of Asian authenticity with an exciting array of dishes including crispy duck dumplingsfish cakes, grilled octopus and wasabi prawns (a team FACT favourite). Moving through the menu which is designed for sharing, guests can indulge in pillow light bao tacos stuffed with crab, duck, prawn or beef, Cho Gao Fusion Maki (the surf and turf comes highly recommended), an array of sushi, sashimi and nigiri, alongside aromatic soups and fresh salads.

Main courses include traditional Indonesian Nasi Goreng, Peking Duck, Grilled Banana Leaf Sea Bass and the signature Black Pepper Beef. The selection of wok-fried noodles includes the ever-popular Pad Thai, while the choice of curries range in spice level from a mild and aromatic Yellow Fish curry with coconut through to Beef Rendang and the fiery Roasted Duck Red Curry.

Make sure to save room for dessert as the options include Green Tea Cheesecake, Black Coconut Rice Pudding, Coconut Fried Bananas which focus on Asian flavours and ingredients to ensure a memorable finale to the Cho Gao Marina Walk dining experience.
