Studio One Hotel introduces The Void to the neighbourhood.
Opening later this month, The Void, located on the rooftop of Studio One Hotel, is offering something for everyone. The newest neighbourhood hangout is the perfect spot for an afternoon lunch, sundowners or even a family day out. This chilled neighbourhood venue comes with an impressive selection of BBQ treats and delicious drinks. The menu has a whole lot of choice and includes beef chilli naan nachos and vegetable tikka burgers, but it’s the soy and ginger glazed black salmon that caught our eye.
Children will be kept occupied in the ‘Busy Kids Studio’ which offers a variety of workshops and activities including slime making, hand sanitizer making and more. The sectioned off area will also have a kids playground, where kids can be entertained during brunch or dinner. At the weekends, a certified kids activity provider called ‘Busy Kids’ will take the reins, ensuring adults can relax and switch off during brunch.
In terms of decor, you can expect beer-keg lamps, palette planters and barrel tables, making use of the industrial interiors to create a playful atmosphere with an Instagrammable flair. The Void is going all out with small touches to keep everyone thoroughly entertained, and the Digital Jukebox means guests can control the music from their phones. The Digital Jukebox can be downloaded directly to phones using an app where The Void playlist will be available to select from – it’s technology at its finest!
